**Submission Deadline: August 20, 2025**

Tutorial sessions at ICPEA’2025 are designed to offer practical insights and in-depth learning experiences led by distinguished leaders from both academia and industry. These sessions aim to bridge theory and practice by exploring foundational concepts and the latest advancements in Power Electronics and their Applications.

In addition to expert-led presentations, selected industry partners will host interactive, hands-on tutorials, giving participants a chance to engage directly with innovative tools and technologies applicable in both research and professional practice.

We welcome tutorial proposals that are closely aligned with the core themes of ICPEA’2025 and that bring valuable, relevant knowledge to our diverse audience of researchers, practitioners, and engineers. Proposed tutorials should meet the main topics of ICPEA’2025 to aligned with the appropriate audiences.

Tutorial proposals should be submitted to the tutorial chairs at: Tutorials.laadi@univ-djelfa.dz

Mandatory Guideline for Proposals:

  • Title the tutorial.
  • Name(s), email(s), and affiliation(s) of the tutorial organizers.
  • Descriptive abstract not more than 800 words which reflects accurately the contents of the tutorial and the expected audience.
  • Duration of the tutorial which much not be beyond four hours.
  • Short biography for each organizer with a Photo.
  • Please indicate whether your tutorial will include a hands-on component. If so, kindly specify whether participants will need to bring their own laptops, so this can be communicated in advance.

The local organizing committee will ensure that appropriate rooms and multimedia facilities are available to support your session. Under the approval of the proposal tutorial, we encourage the organizer to take care of the publicity of their tutorial among researchers and practitioners in the field to attract enough attendees. The organizing committee will also publicize the tutorials through the conference website and social media.

Special Sessions (SSs) offer a unique platform to highlight emerging trends, innovative ideas, and cutting-edge research that may not be fully covered by the main technical tracks of ICPEA’2025 but related. These sessions are an excellent opportunity to showcase focused work in specialized areas within the broader scope of the conference.

We warmly invite the submission of proposals for Special Sessions (SSs) at ICPEA’2025 upcoming conference. We particularly welcome proposals that emphasize recent breakthroughs, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, or address timely challenges in the field of power electronics and their applications. To ensure alignment, each proposed session should clearly relate to the overarching themes and technical areas of the conference.

Proposals should be submitted to the SSs chairs at: SpecialSession.laadi@univ-djelfa.dz

Mandatory Guideline for Proposals:

  • Title of the SS.
  • Name(s), email(s), and affiliation(s) of the organizers.
  • Descriptive abstract of the SS (no more than 300 words).
  • Short biography for each organizer with a Photo.
  • A list of at least 15 potential authors including their affiliations.
  • A list of at least 20 potential reviewers including their affiliations.

Under the acceptance of the proposal of the related SS, we encourage the organizer to take care of the publicity of their SS. Papers submitted to SS will undergo the same review process as regular papers. However, the organizers are responsible for managing the review process, assuring at least three quality reviews per paper. The organizer must avoid any kind of conflict of interest related to Reviewers, organizers, and authors for the evaluation of the papers and during their reviewing process. Furthermore, the name of any co-author cannot be involved in more than two papers, and the papers from the organizers cannot be beyond than 60% of the papers accepted for presentation at the SS.
