The International Conference on Applied Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies (AAIET 2025) will take place on December 15–16, 2025, at Ziane Achour University of Djelfa, Algeria, with hybrid (on-site and online) participation options.
The event is organized by the Laboratory of Computer Science & Applied Artificial Intelligence (CSAAI-Lab) at Ziane Achour University of Djelfa, with the support of AI House at Djelfa University.
AAIET 2025 serves as a global forum for researchers, scientists, engineers, and industry experts to share and discuss the latest advances, innovations, and applications in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Emerging Technologies. This inaugural edition aims to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, promoting AI solutions that address real-world societal and industrial challenges.
The conference theme, "Applied Artificial Intelligence for a Smarter and Sustainable Future," highlights the transformative role of AI in shaping the next generation of intelligent, secure, and sustainable systems. Contributions are invited from both academia and industry, covering theoretical foundations, experimental results, and industrial applications that push the boundaries of AI-driven innovation.

Specialist in wireless sensor networks, IoT and IoV security, and embedded systems reliability. Her work focuses on network communication modeling, clustering protocols, and nanonetworks. She has decades of experience in advancing fault-tolerant and secure communication systems.

His research focuses on 5G and Beyond networks, Explainable AI, and machine learning for wireless communications. He also serves as an IEEE Senior Member and Associate Editor for leading IEEE journals.

A Senior IEEE Member and ACM Distinguished Speaker, he leads the Visual and Data Analytics Laboratory (VIDAL). His research focuses on computer vision, medical imaging, steganography, and applied machine learning, with over 18 years of experience and numerous international collaborations and awards.

Centre for Future Transport and Cities (CFTC) at Coventry University, (UK)
Soufiene Djahel is a Professor at Coventry University's Centre for Future Transport and Cities, with a Ph.D. from USTL (FR) and extensive experience in cyber security and autonomous systems. His research focuses on communication, optimization, and security for connected vehicles and smart cities. Djahel’s work aims to drive innovation in sustainable urban mobility, supported by notable funding from EPSRC, JSPS, and the Newton Fund.
