Dr Hussein Attia, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, KSA.

Dr. Hussein Attia (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2011. He was a Research Engineer with the Coding and Signal Transmission Laboratory, University of Waterloo from March 2011 to July 2013. He was granted a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada, from August 2014 to July 2015. He also was a Visiting Scholar at the University de Quebec, QC, USA, from August 2015 to December 2015 and from June 2017 to August 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor and the Director of the Applied Electromagnetics Laboratory, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is currently an Associate Editor for IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters and IEEE Access. He has authored or coauthored about 100 journal and conference papers. His research interests include applied electromagnetics, biomedical engineering, microwave sensors, millimeter-wave antennas, analytical techniques for electromagnetic modeling, and metamaterials
